PRICES FROM $400 PER WEEK!!
Price is for the villa, (not per person). Maximum guests 6, no singles parties due to the residential location.

PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR 6 PEOPLE.
Included in the price: water, electricity, weekly maid service, bedlinen and towels, english-speaking management with 24-hr emergency contact, welcome pack for your arrival etc

Low Season : FROM $400 ..... Mid Season : FROM $600
High Season: FROM $800 ..... Peak Season : FROM $1200

ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND SEASON

Payment terms - 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to rental.

Breakages deposit - We request a refundable deposit of $400 for any breakages, to be paid with the deposit.
Payment - to be made by bank transfer.
(Late booked holidays, terms to be discussed when booking).

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:

DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL PENALTY

WINTER..................SUMMER
46 to 60 days..........15 to 30 days............-> 25% of rental
45 days or less........15 days or less..........-> 100% of rental

We would treat each cancellation on an individual basis and where possible exercise the flexibility to reduce or waive cancellation charges depending on the exact circumstances which have caused the clients to cancel, thus encouraging the clients to book again.
(refunds may be made less foreign exchange loss and finance charges).

Cancellation insurance should be purchased to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and this is recommended.
